Before
You don't need to pay us until we finish the job on the first service day. You can always terminate the service agreement and pay us for that service day only. We will refund the balance if you have already paid us in advance.
After
Our customer service officers will follow up after the first service day to obtain any feedback from you for improvement. If you are dissatisfied, we can arrange another maid for the next service appointment.

We are very proud of our employees who are professionally trained and selected through a strict recruitment process from phone interview, face-to-face interview, on-site trial sessions to background verifications;

- All our employees have completed the Housekeeping Course organized under the Hong Kong Government and are officially certified;
- We only recruit local and legal employees;

Quality Control
- Our employees are given a very detailed service manual, safety guidance and company code of conduct issued by the 1st Priority and are given extensive orientations before they start to serve our customers;
- Our customer service representative will contact you to understand your requirements before the service day and clearly brief our staff to make sure they can do cleaning more efficiently and precisely;
- Our maids are required to finish basic cleaning services including floor cleaning, kitchen & bathroom cleaning and surface of furniture cleaning within service hours. Customers can also assign other cleaning tasks to our staff during the remaining service hours;
- We will make follow-up calls to customers after the first service day to make sure our staff delivered quality service.
Reliable Services
- Our employees are bonded and insured for your peace of mind;
- With the 1st Priority, we always have an employee able to take care of your cleaning needs to make sure your cleaning schedule is not disrupted due to sickness or vacation of the maid;
- Before the service day, our customer service representative will inform you the name of our employee who will be serving you for security reason;
- Our employees will wear the 1st Priority work apron and register at your building's security guard counter before they enter into your home;
- Our key coding system is secured that each key is locked safely and identified by code instead of customer's name;
- We computerize the service booking process to ensure a quick and error-free service delivery and audit trail.
Convenience
- You can do booking through our website or customer service hotline;
- You will never be under a contract that commits you to a fixed cleaning schedule. Just give us 2 business days notice to cancel or change your service appointment;
- We have very flexible service hours from 9am to 11pm ;

You can pay us by (1) direct deposit into our bank account, (2) posting the cheque to our office or (3) giving the service fee in cash or cheque to our staff.
